Well, I'm not very good at describing myself, and in the end, I believe that's for the other person to find out. I'm shy at the beginning, but that simply means that I need time to get to know people, and once I know them better, I usually warm up. I'm currently finishing up work on my Ph.D. (almost done!) and am tired of being single. I have strong family ties and hold family values in great esteem. Talents ... well, there are some, but I usually don't talk about them; most of the time, when people are asked to talk about their talents, it might sound like bragging, and I'm not into that either. Hobbies ... yeah, there are quite a few but that's part of what makes people in general very interesting: I believe that as time goes by, it is for the other person to find out. Some basics, however, are reading, listening to music, playing music, watching a good movie, having good and meaningful conversations, etc. I love to travel (as far as time and money allow), see new (and old) places, and learn about various customs and cultural usages. So that's a very rough description ... not very detailed, granted ... but if you're really interested in finding out more about me, I will be happy to fill in the missing bits and pieces.
